Hélène de Viviés

Chief People Officer

As Chief People Officer, I draw on over 20 years’ experience supporting companies undergoing transformation across the tech, digital, media and data sectors. I have worked within international groups, scale-ups and innovative environments, helping to structure HR functions, support growth, and guide cultural and organisational change.

My career has focused on organisational transformation, talent development, supporting managers, and building engaging, empowering company cultures.

I joined Contexte in April 2026 to support the team through its development and structuring challenges, and to help build a demanding, stimulating working environment aligned with its ambitions.
