Contexte announces the appointment of Hélène de Viviés as Chief People Officer.
For more than twenty years, Hélène de Viviés has supported companies undergoing transformation in the tech, digital, media and data sectors. She has worked within international groups such as Ipsos and Dentsu, scale-ups such as relevanC, and innovative environments, where she has helped structure HR functions, support growth, and guide cultural and organisational change. Her career has focused on organisational transformation, talent development, supporting managers, and building engaging and empowering company cultures.
Having joined Contexte in April 2026, she is now a member of the executive committee and will support the organisation as it addresses its development and structuring challenges. She will help build a demanding, stimulating working environment aligned with Contexte’s ambitions.
“What makes us successful is our ability to attract and retain exceptional people — skilled and committed individuals. In order to be creative and autonomous, they need an increasingly explicit operating framework as the team grows. Hélène will be the conductor of this structuring process, serving individuals within a dynamic and empowering organisation.”
— Jean-Christophe Boulanger, Chief Executive Officer of Contexte.
Sophie Obolensky, previously Chief People Officer, is moving into the role of Director of Talent and Culture within the HR team.
